M&S Projects (Pty) Ltd, as a Labour Broker Company, recognizes that responsible
management of Occupation Health, Safety, Quality and Environment is an integrated
part of our business process, with a clear commitment to produce the best service with
the utilization of a highly committed and competent work force.
RESPONSIBILITY OF MANAGEMENT
The Management undertakes to regard the safety, health, quality and environment of
its employees, customers and the general public as the highest priority. Management
will endeavour to ensure that incidents and situations, which jeopardize the safety,
health, quality and environment resulting in any form of loss or impact, are identified
and that the necessary preventative measures be taken when any risk is identified.
RESPONSIBILITY OF PERSONNEL
Personnel must regard their own safety, health, quality and environment as well as
that of other people as the first priority and must ensure that workers under their
supervision do so accordingly. They must further ensure that all relevant standards,
statutory requirements and necessary legislation are adhered to at all times.
QUALITY
M&S Projects (Pty) Ltd is committed to making quality a way of life. This includes
delivering quality work as well as creating quality people. Management is committed to
cultivate team spirit, motivation and co-operation with the organization as well as with
